Me: (looking very puzzled) We've never had [random co-worker] over for dinner. Hubby: (looking sheepish) Well, the last time you made it and I brought left-overs for lunch, I had some extra and gave it to him. He asked if I'd bring some again. Me: (laughing) Do you want to invite [random co-worker] and his wife to dinner? Hubby: No, no, I'll just bring him left-overs. Next time you make it. Me: (shaking my head) How many days until finals?
