previous ~ ~ ~ next You know you're in desperate need of a girls' night out when, while cleaning out the fridge, you stumble across over-ripe strawberries, dump them in the sink and think, "Hmmm. That smells like a strawberry daiquiri. Mmmmm. A strawberry daiquiri." Well, ok, maybe that bit isn't the convincing piece of evidence. However, when you (read: me) then go on to think, "I could probably salvage these strawberries and I think I've got some rum," well, the necessity of a girls' night is a foregone conclusion! Hee! In looking for a link to a good strawberry daiquiri recipe (which I still haven't found), I stumbled across this story. I know it's long, but totally worth reading! How many days until finals?
